Daniel R. Farr, DC is a chiropractor licensed in Kentucky and Missouri. He is the Co-Founder of Foundation Health. Prior to Foundation Health, he owned a successful chiropractic office from 2002 – 2013 in Mayfield, KY, and then worked for IMAC Regeneration Centers from 2017 – 2023. He has always been holistic minded regarding patient care and has a passion for treating athletes, children, and patients suffering from headaches.  His belief that it requires more than just chiropractic to treat musculoskeletal problems, joint degeneration, and athletic injuries is the primary reason he helped create Foundation Health.  He strongly advocates for the combination of daily exercise, proper nutrition, balancing hormones, and regular chiropractic care for one to enjoy all that life has to offer.  He is a diehard fan of the University of Kentucky (1998 alum), is an assistant softball coach for Murray High School, and loves traveling with his wife and two daughters.
