Dr. Tommy West is a lifelong resident of Calloway County, KY and currently lives on a farm in the Lynn Grove community with his wife Beverly. He is a 1990 graduate of Murray State University. He received his Physical Therapy degree in 1992 and his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree in 2008, both from the University of Kentucky.

He owned and operated Purchase Area Physical Therapy with locations in Paducah, KY and Murray, KY from 1992-2010. Dr. West, with 32 years of physical therapy experience, is highly trained in many aspects of physical therapy including orthopedic, spinal and dry needling. He has been heavily involved in regenerative medicine since 2017.
